Cependant, le restaurant Trautmannsdorf s’est distingué comme l’un des rares établissements qui mérite une place d’honneur dans notre palmarès culinaire. En effet, il figure désormais parmi les cinq meilleurs restaurants que nous ayons eu l’occasion de tester au cours de nos nombreux voyages.

Lors de notre déjeuner en août, au cœur de la canicule, nous avons été éblouis par la qualité exceptionnelle de chaque plat. Fidèles à notre habitude, nous avons commandé presque toute la carte, et chaque mets a su ravir nos papilles avec une maîtrise parfaite des saveurs et des textures.
