This place is a camping site, an hotel and a restaurant. I’m only rating the restaurant.

Globally a bad experience due to the poor welcoming. The food was well presented and tasty but the service was cold and not kid-friendly and it was very hot under these umbrellas: We arrived early. The waitress told us that the kitchen was not open in a “you’re-not-welcome” way Our toddler wandered on the restaurant terrace and touched visible toys near a table. The waitress told us it was private. We understood later that it was the table of the owner and the staff with private belongings right in the middle of the terrace (pretty unusual) with no separation We had to ask for the waitress to bring a baby chair It was a hot sunny day and we noticed that the staff table is covered by a hard-roof while customers are under...

We really enjoyed our recent stay at this property. The room was comfortable, the location was nice and quiet and the breakfast was good. It was everything one needed for a few nights stay. Being up on the hill the views were spectacular! The lift down to Merano was closed for the season, but there was a windy road/path that made for a nice walk down. We had a tourist card provided that allowed us to take the local buses uphill, which was helpful. Parking was pentiful, so you can park and just walk or take transit if you choose. The property is nice and I can see in the summer time that it would be a lot of fun with pool etc available to use. The staff were...
