The ingridients come from organic farming and are then on highly artistic way balanced between simplicity and authenticity of texture and taste.

The lemon flavor 'crema alla scorza di limone' is the best example for this tasty icecream orgy in my mouth and on my tongue yesterday, two weeks before and hopefully at least for another two times at least next year again on and on again!

This is hands down the best icecream we've ever had in Italy or around the world. We come here a fee times a year. Gelatai are super friendly. The ingredients feel wholesome. Just bought a cup of 2 perfum of gelati. The size is ridiculously small: in 2 small bites it was finished, it tooks 10 seconds to finished it . We were in Olbia the day before and the gelati is at least 4-5 times bigger and the taste excellent (Gelateria Smeralda).
