From start to finish our meal was a slam dunk.
L’angolo di Pinna is a family owned and run restaurant set up by Marco, our waiter and his father Bruno, the chef, when Marco was 18. Marco’s mother Daniella also was serving our table and so attentive. They’ve been in business for 11 years and I can see why. The service is excellent and so is the food. We had oysters, calamari (which was a real win), Marco told us we’d need two and he got a real kick out of us having to order a second plate! Nicest calamari I ever remember eating. We also had clam spaghetti, sausage ragu and the wild boar ragu. Classic recipes done incredibly well.
The prices are so reasonable and the house white was a hit too. We finished out the meal with a round of Limoncello’s served “family size”. A lovely token from the whole team and made it such a memorable evening for our last night in Cagliari. Can’t recommend enough. Next time I’m there...
Read moreFound this restaurant on Google as it had really good reviews and we surely didn’t leave disappointed. The staff (Marco) was really friendly and ready to explain us a few dishes on the menu. We were sat inside since tables outside were full. You could definitely feel “the family & tradition” vibe the restaurant is going for. The food was absolutely amazing, the pasta is homemade and the sauce was really delicious. We couldn’t stop talking about our amazing dinner for the whole walk back home!😁 I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you want a nice, comfy and chill experience while eating...
