To start we were the first people that came that night. (btw usually I write positive short reviews) Firstly, The food was not fresh at all (the lettuce was from a frozen supermarket kind, iceberg) I even will say that the pasta tasted like it was from the supermarket, but the bottom shelf one. The appetizers were not fresh at all, and some of the fried appetizers felt like what my bachelor friend have in his freezer.

Secondly, From the first moment, I knew it was a scam, but went anyway b5 it's a funny story. We went to a lot of family run, small, checkered tablecloths restaurants that this place tries to display itself very poorly. You tell a story about your grandma but there is no photos of family, but one AI photo of in the menu. We all know that it's hard to compete in...

This is our first time in Caserta and we always like to find a local gem when it comes to food. Now I love italian food, especially home cooked. Here at Aller Aller - non e una trattoria you will find that in spades. The welcome is homely and great, it's like being in my wife's family home. We spent three nights here in Caserta, and we didn't look for a different trattoria to eat in each night.

As I said the food was great, service great, friendly and homely. A hidden gem. If we're ever in Caserta again we will definitely come...

Terribile... siamo stati spinti dalle tante recensioni positive a visitare questa trattoria a due passi dalla Reggia Caserta... dire che siamo restati senza parole, in negativo, è dire poco... Abbiamo iniziato ordinando l'antipasto della casa per due al "modico" costo di 20 €, per sei persone, qui di 60 €... che doveva contenere tagliere di salumi e formaggi e "sfiozioserie" per trovarci avanti al contenuto del condiriso sacla spacciato per "sfizioserie" e ai salumi e formaggi del supermercato... Abbiamo continuato prendendo i seguenti piatti: una genovese piena di olio dal sapore stranissimo; due paccheri con crema di carciofi e gamberi che conteneva i gamberi surgelati e crudi ancora... lasciati alcuni perche immangiabili, ed era fatta con il pesto di carciofi del superato annacquato ed allungato con panna di pessima qualità; uno gnocco alla sorrentina che era immerso in un sugo annacquato e bollente, che la cameriera ha portato in modo frettoloso e grossolano a tavola facendolo quasi cadere addosso ad uno di noi con rischio di ustione massima ma con il dettaglio di un tegamino in realtà freddo.. palese che non sia stato di certo cucinato li; Ciliegina sulla torta... le fritture... evidente che fossero con olio vecchio ma ridicole. una porzione "normale" l'altra portata 15 minuti dopo... piccolissima, come si può vedere dalle foto... la giustifica della cameriera? La prima ... per errore... era una doppia porzione... RIDICOLO!!! un conto di 160 euro per aver mangiato in modo...
