Rosmarina — Restaurant in Castellammare del Golfo

We had our final dinner of our trip here, and it was honestly the highlight of our week. We were celebrating our friend, and I'm so glad we chose this place. From the moment we stepped in, the manager welcomed us warmly, setting the tone for a great evening. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive throughout our meal, making us feel right at home. We loved how friendly the staff was throughout our evening; their genuine care made our night even more special.

Every dish we tried, from the starters to the main courses, was simply incredible. The flavors were spot on, and we couldn't resist finishing every last bite. It's clear that the chefs here know what they’re doing. I was impressed.

Overall, our evening at this restaurant was beyond perfect. Our friend had a wonderful time, and we all agreed this place is now our favorite spot. If we ever find ourselves in the area again, we'll be coming back here....

One of two restaurants recommended to u by other restaurants, we were not disappointed. service was good and kind and the food was delicious. the platter we got (see picture) was not great and the cone itself in the "icecream" appitizer: Tuna tartar with a cone, was not really edible (the cone itself was stale.

Mains... the Meckerel was AMAZING. go for it! the pastas and the slice of the catch of the day also were very good. We shared two deserts: the lemon desert: get it!

One downside was that this place is inside the "mountainside" in a way that cut off much of the breeze... it was pretty hot.

We had a mixed experience at this restaurant.

The food was generally good and well presented. However my steak was still frozen in the middle! To be fair, they cooked me another steak and it was delicious. They also took some money off the bill.

The service was not so good but this was because they were under staffed. The staff were clearly working very hard but it was hard to get their attention.

We were also unhappy about getting put on a table outside the main seating area despite booking, when walk ins were getting better tables in the main seating area
