We wanted to eat some eggs for breakfast/brunch and figured this should be a good place. Should have read the reviews. Ordered an americano brunch which should have contained a fresh juice as well as a coffe. Now, the coffee machine was broken so we didn't receive any coffee or another drink in its place, and we received only a grapefruit fresh. We wanted to order another fresh, this time of orange. But their orange machine was broken? Don't know how they squeezed the grape juice, but anyways. We wanted to have some salt or vinegar(the eggs were not seasoned at all) and they said wait wait... They had only one olivier(the thing with olive oil, salt, pepper and vinegar) and had to get them from another couples table. The power went out for a few minutes... Not to mention that the server should learn basic english words. Not to talk philosophy, but we had to show an image of an orange for her to get it. I m not ignorant, i googled how to say orange in italian too, but she still couldn't understand... Everything put aside, we both had diarrhea after it. I really understand most of these problems, but there were too many that added up real quick for just a few eggs. Also, let your avocado ripen, please. It was sooo hard. The prices are not worth it at all. The servive is worse than mediocre and...

The worst food experience in Katania. We went for a breakfast & coffee on Sunday morning. We had 1hr, because we were flying home on that day, but we supposed it was going to be more than enough. We found a table with 3 chairs and were waiting for a waiter....there were 2 of them, ignoring us for more than 15 minutes. Finally 1 came and said that they were out of eggs so no egg-breakfast that we we hoping for....but ok, we ordered 3 coffees, orange juices and waffles. We told him that we had 45 minutes left. He dissapeared. 5 minutes later the other waiter came to take the order, we informed him that we had already ordered with his friend. Our waiter came back 10 minutes later to ask us again what kind of coffee we wanted because he forgot (didn't write down anything) - it was 2 cappuccinos & 1 americano, very demanding order ;-) Then we started waiting and waiting and waiting....people who came after us were getting their coffees and juices....we didn't....so finally after 45 minutes of waiting we left hungry & angry without being served even the coffees which was soooooo disappointing..... Qua purtroppo devo dare 3 stelle cari amici miei! Ormai lo sapete sono un po' dappertutto e come Local Guide di Google ho un arduo compito da portare a termine ogni volta che vado in un nuovo locale! Andiamo per punti: Agatha Caffè è dall' esterno un posto davvero carino per fare una pausa, così sicura di scoprire un nuovo posto da consigliare vado, entro e mi siedo, tuttavia prima di sedermi ad un tavolino ( molto carino fra l' altro) vado al bancone dicendo alla ragazza che stavo prendendo posto. Lei mi dice di accomodarmi. Io mi siedo. Dopo di che aspettr un bel po' che qualcuno venisse al tavolo a prendere la mia ordinazione. Aspetto ..e aspetto...premesso che il locale era semi vuoto. Non arriva nessuno, mi alzo e chiedo al personale di venire al tavolo. In pratica si erano dimenticati di me. 🤨 Iniziamo per questo a fare cadere le stelle. Detto ciò prendono il mio ordine, ed il drink era buono devo dire. Per quanto riguarda la location carina ma piccola, dentro l'arredamento è confortevole ed elegante. Se volete prendere un drink chic con le vostre amiche è molto indicato come punto di ritrovo. Prima di andare via prendo tre dolcini fatti da loro, buoni, ma penso possano fare anche di meglio. Interessante la " Minnella" un dolcetto che ricorda di forma la classica cassata siciliana ma che dentro lascia spazio ad un cremoso al latte credo, con crema di pistacchio ed una confettura di arancia, questo è stata una sorpresa. La cosa che mi ha lasciata interdetta sono stati i prezzi eccessivi, forse da rivedere oppure alzate ancora di più l'asticella😉 Sia dei dolci che del cocktail. Cade una stella perché mi hanno dato una scatola troppo grande per tre dolcini, sono Purtroppo al momento smuniti di box adatte al trasporto, avevo chiesto almeno una busta per il trasporto e non le avevano,anzi le avevano ma erano tutte troppo piccole. Il risultato è che seppur facendo attenzione i dolci sono arrivati a casa tutti distrutti. 😑 Sono certa che ci faranno più attenzione. Mi dispiace perché l idea di un bar tema Sant' Agata non era male ma bisogna sicuramente fare dei piccoli accorgimenti per un servizio migliore. Credo che tornerò perché è uno di quei luoghi che sono sicura col tempo può migliorare e se migliora è di certo il posto super cool e cozy che consiglierei per un aperitivo di classe. Da...
