The photos don’t do this place any justice! Do not skip. We stumbled in, not expecting much at all and were completely blown away. I’m sitting here writing a review after eating 3 courses. i feel light, happy and satisfied. We had Salmon Sashimi with avocado, kiwi and citrus fruits + oysters + salmon tartare with avocado. 😋 Superb! We weren’t ready to have dessert, so the kitchen created an off the menu Octopus carpaccio with a sweet citrus sauce. Sublime 🐙 Then dessert came along, we opted for the cream tartlet pastries with dark chocolate mousse 🍫. Wow! They were completely on point. Recensione in inglese che fa più figo: I come back Razmataz after several years. And after all this time, they didnt dissapoint my memory. They fed us, with so much love. They welcomed us, with warm arms. We cheated on them just one night and we totally regret. So we come back, for the whole rest of the trip. And they make this trip magic. Breakfast, brunch, aperetivo, dinner.... we just needed a bed here, which they offered a bench and a heater. And we almost accepted. Sadly, we have to leave... We are gonna miss these beautiful bois. But one day attendi il mio arrivo alla prima luce del quinto giorno. All’alba guarda ad est. We will come back. We are full of cozze, ceci, salmone, salciccie, polpette, cipolle e vino. But the most important thing that is, our heart, full of love. We love you. Farewell. Roses are red, Violets are blue Oh Razmataz in my heart, There is only you.

Nice wine, but the food was super bad. We had to send back the risotto and the fish. The owner and the waiters seem to take pride in their food, so I don’t enjoy messing up their rating with my bad experience, but I cannot for the life of me understand how this salty yet tasteless, too sour and out of balance food would be enjoyable to anyone. The fish plate looked like an accident. The owner didn’t understand my not liking it, saying: “this is the best place in town”, and blamed it on my tastebuds. Even if she’s right, and my Dutch taste sucks, the way the food looks is also subpar. Overall the kitchen doesn’t match the love that is put in de production of the wine by local producers, and, to be fair, doesn’t do justice to the staff either.

Disclaimer: I am not the kind of person who reviews restaurants badly for the sake of it. We came here on good Google reviews and from the start had a really terrible experience. We were seated after asking and after asking for a menu twice in 10 mins finally were presented with a board only in Italian. Trying to decipher the menu eventually we dared to ask for an English translation. The result was abrupt and we quickly chose one chicken fish and one fish dish. The wine I have to say was lovely. The food arrived and half way through my friend realised the chicken was raw inside. When we enquired there was something akin to the seige of Leningrad. Our table was surrounded by staff and the matriarch of the restaurant told us in no certain terms that it was ham. It was not ham. It didn't separate from the chicken escalope at all. We conceded everything was ok out of fear and eventually paid our bill leaving no tip but feeling very upset and disappointed. DO...

Never thought I’d experience this but service was extremely unpleasant in a personal way from the moment we walked in (party of two). We were rushed to order drinks and food all at once (‘so it’s faster for you’???) and that was the last time anyone came to the table. From that moment I had to stop waiters every single time to order more food and drinks. I even had to walk to the bar and deliver my own drinks to have with dessert. Meanwhile tables around us were all being served and attended to normally. Food was ok, ‘water cake’ is actually jello and pear granita w ginger is actually ginger granita with a hint of pear and full of pectine or some other thickener. Quite amateur especially for Sicily! Despite the cute setting and good food overall I can’t remember last time I left a meal so angry. @razmataz I can’t imagine I did anything to upset your staff before even walking in but if there’s anything I’d love to know...

I am very disappointed and disgusted with the situation that I experienced in this restaurant. Together with my friends we went to a dinner. Each of us ordered a dish and drinks. I will not comment on the dishes, some of them were better, some of them less but what happened to us when we asked for the bill. There were additional items on our account which we did not order! Instead of 2 bottles of water we were billed 4! Instead of 3 drinks we were billed 4 and one dish was overpriced! When we asked for clarification, the manager came to us and said that we have to pay what is on the bill (!?!) We have been cheated and noone wanted explain it to us! Probably they thought that foreigners will not check what was added to the bill. I am very touched by this situation and I do NOT recommend this place! And it seems is not a first time!
