If you’re looking for an extraordinary hotpot dining experience, this restaurant is a must-visit. From the moment you step inside, the aesthetic immediately captures your attention. The ambiance strikes a perfect balance between modern sophistication and traditional charm, with soft lighting, warm wood tones, and subtle nods to Asian culture in the decor.
The staff elevates the experience to a whole new level. From the moment we were greeted, the team made us feel right at home. They were attentive without being intrusive, guiding us through the menu, explaining the broths, and offering tips on how to craft the perfect hotpot combinations.
The food itself was impeccable. The variety of ingredients was impressive—thinly sliced premium meats, an array of fresh vegetables, delicate seafood. The broths were rich and flavorful, catering to all tastes, from spicy and bold to mild and aromatic.
One standout feature was the make-your-own-sauce station. It was a playground of flavors, with everything from sesame sauce and garlic to soy sauce, chili oil.
Experimenting with combinations was half the fun, and it truly allowed everyone to personalize their meal.
In addition to the delicious food, the service was seamless. The staff was quick to replenish broth, clear empty dishes, and ensure everyone had what they needed. It felt as though every detail had been considered to enhance the overall dining experience.
Whether you’re new to hotpot or a seasoned pro, this restaurant offers an unforgettable experience that leaves you eager to return. Every element—from the ambiance and service to the food and interactive sauce station—comes together to create something...
Read moreOverall a pretty nice experience but since it was our first time at hot pot style restaurant it was a hectic one.
We did inform the staff that we didn't try it before , however they failed to explain how it works exactly. The guy who brought us the food literally said: do what you want. At least we asked how much time to cook different types of foods such as different types of meat, mushrooms and veggies..before the guy went back to the kitchen as the main part of the service was extremely rushed. We were also not told that the experience lasts 1,5 hours and that we have to leave after that time.. a girl came to us to basically let us know that we need to be out in 10 mins ! I believe this could have been managed so much better !
On the other hand, the food is delicious.. quality is amazing and everything was super fresh. The price is legit also - 35 euro for everything.
Would come back again, better prepared this time to cook a much better mix of...
Read moreBeen a fan of this place since they opened. Now realizing that the quality of their all you can eat has lowered a lot from when they started. The portion for their “snowflake” meat has decreased and their self serve station is not really fresh like it used to be. The kimchi theyve served in the last couple of times I’ve visited has been borderline bad… The meat are overly frozen like they were left out all night and what they have on the self serve station doesn’t fully match what is on the menu, less vegetables, less meat, etc. Still have love for this place but I wish they would keep their standard as high as when they opened. The staff is aways nice and the owner is always there. My only complaint...
