Prodotti da banco quali piccola pasticceria, colazione, e soprattutto rosticceria sono di un livello di qualità media. Tralasciando ultimi risvolti quali aumenti del costo del grano e delle farine (spesso di origine speculativa) tali che il pane comune è aumentato del 50%, purtroppo, da quando hanno avuto dei costi per ampliare, abbellire e ammodernare l'attività, hanno aumentato i prezzi almeno del 50% per detti prodotti da banco. Non è mai bello né è lecito scaricare sui clienti i costi che si sostengono per ingrandire, ammodernare e/o abbellire la tua attività (che alla fine resta pur sempre una panetteria con annessa salumeria/gastronomia, di certo non un ristorante di lusso). Sostanzialmente acquisti della rosticceria, piccola pasticceria e colazione da un panettiere e la paghi quanto si pagherebbe mediante ad un bar con prodotti di qualità media/medio- bassa....
