Pessimo Servizio Clienti e Comunicazione Ostile!
Ho avuto un’esperienza estremamente spiacevole con questo ristorante e il loro servizio clienti. Ho visitato il locale il 14 agosto e ho dimenticato accidentalmente la mia giacca al tavolo. Dopo aver chiamato subito il ristorante, mi è stato confermato dal personale che la giacca era stata trovata e custodita in sicurezza. Tuttavia, qualche giorno dopo, quando ho richiamato per organizzare il ritiro, improvvisamente mi è stato detto che la giacca non era più presente.
Nonostante i miei ripetuti tentativi di risolvere la situazione in modo pacifico e persino la mia disponibilità ad accettare un rimborso, ho ricevuto risposte poco professionali e spiegazioni vaghe su come la giacca sia scomparsa. A un certo punto, mi è stato persino proposto un rimborso, ma dopo che ho accettato, il tono della conversazione è cambiato completamente. Il titolare ha risposto in maniera aggressiva, attribuendomi tutta la colpa per aver dimenticato la giacca e insinuando che stessi facendo accuse infondate o addirittura estorcendogli del denaro.
La loro riluttanza ad assumersi la responsabilità per oggetti lasciati sotto la loro custodia, accompagnata dalla comunicazione scortese e conflittuale del proprietario, mi fa dubitare di quanto seriamente considerino le problematiche dei clienti. La mancanza di rispetto e professionalità dimostrata è stata davvero deludente. Non consiglierei mai questo posto a nessuno e invito gli altri a prestare molta attenzione se danno valore a un servizio decente e a un trattamento rispettoso.
Evitate questo posto a tutti i costi se vi aspettate anche solo un minimo di cortesia o di responsabilità da parte della direzione.
had an extremely unpleasant experience with this restaurant and their customer service. I visited on August 14th and accidentally left my jacket at the table. After calling the restaurant right after my visit, I was assured by the staff that my jacket was found and kept safely for me. However, a few days later, when I called back to arrange for its pick-up, they suddenly claimed the jacket was no longer there.
Despite my repeated efforts to resolve the issue calmly and even offering to accept a reimbursement, I received unprofessional responses and vague explanations about how the jacket went missing. At one point, I was even offered a reimbursement, but after I accepted, the tone changed completely. The owner responded aggressively, placing all the blame on me for leaving the jacket and suggesting I was making false accusations or even extorting money.
Their unwillingness to take responsibility for items left in their care, paired with the rude and confrontational communication from the owner, makes me question how seriously they treat customer concerns. The lack of respect and professionalism displayed was truly disappointing. I would never recommend this place to anyone and urge others to be cautious if they value decent service and respectful treatment.
