I rarely give 4* to a pizza restaurant but this one deserves it!Recommended by the locals as one of the 4 best pizza restaurants in Como. It was just a 3 mins walk from the hotel I was staying, so very convenient and I thought I would try. Well, it didn't dissapoint. Modern looking restaurant, with nice deco, simple but accomplished. There is a display on shelves of all the ingredients they use, which are all regional and of the highest quality. Clearly very popular with the locals and sooo busy on Boxing Day at dinner time! The menu is ample and everybody feels at home. There were couples, groups of friends, families, some of them 3 generations. Lovely, fun and relaxed atmosphere. Although not a pizza fan myself, I know when a pizza is good and this one was one of the very best I've ever had. My choice was Molisse with extra funghi, beautifully cooked, lovely flavours and a generous portion. The service is good, staff are very pleasant and most of them speak English. I would certainly recommend it. If you find yourself in Como and fancy a pizza, give it a go. You won't be disappointed!

Pizzium in Como is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere and friendly staff who go out of their way to make you feel at home. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the Calabria pizza. The combination of spicy nduja, fresh mozzarella, and tangy tomato sauce was simply divine. Each bite was bursting with authentic Italian flavors, and the perfectly thin and crispy crust tied it all together beautifully. The polpette (meatballs) were another standout. They were incredibly tender and flavorful, served in a rich tomato sauce that perfectly complemented their savory goodness. It's clear that a lot of care and high-quality ingredients go into every dish. Overall, Pizzium offers an exceptional dining experience with delicious food, great ambiance, and top-notch service. If you’re in Como, this is a must-visit spot for pizza lovers!

Booked a table in advance and we were taken to our seats promptly. Staff were helpful in providing dietary help and any preferences. The pizza we good tasted lovely, with a feeling of fresh tasting ingredients. The burrata salad was fantastic and accompanied the pizza beautifully, which was really satisfying. My favourite meal of the evening was, in fact, the yoghurt mousse bowl. A smooth texture with a bit of crunch with the nuts sprinkled over the top - would visit again for this dessert alone. Overall a lovely pizza joint, with helpful people and satisfying food. Lots of choices for all types of pizza cravings.

We wanted to eat some good pizza in a Como and looked up this place. We ended up walking 17 mins and that too further in the city (away from the lake). We were hoping and praying for it to be worth it and oh boy it was! We got some icy cold spritz to beat the heat and ordered the Liguria and Sicilia. We absolutely loved the crust and flavors. Liguria is hands down one of the best pizzas I've ever had. The pesto and datterini tomatoes go so well with each other! We we surprised by the amount of vegetarian pizzas they had. We would definitely visit Pizzium again the next time we come to Como.

The pizza dough was not good and the quality of the ingredients varied. We had to send one back. Servers tried hard but had a lack of training. One corked our bottle of wine. We won't be back - there are far better places for pizza in Como than this. Note: it seems like a lot of the reviews on the site are fake or written by members of staff. There were replies to my wife's review that were both insulting and factually incorrect. This is not a genuine 4 star pizzeria. Fakezzeria?

Die Pizzen sind gut – zwar nicht die beste neapolitanische Pizza, die ich je gegessen hab (da gibt's in Leipzig und Solingen bessere Pizzerien!), aber angesichts der Tatsache, dass das Team scheinbar alle drei Minuten eine Pizza aus dem Ofen zaubert, wirklich überzeugend. Der Teig könnte aromatischer sein, was vermutlich an einer kürzeren Teigführung liegt. Dennoch ist er sehr bekömmlich, außen schön kross und innen fluffig. Die Pizza ist außerdem angenehm belegt: nicht überladen, sodass der Teig den Belag problemlos tragen kann. Der Pistazien-Cheesecake ist sehr zu empfehlen! Was den Service betrifft, fühlte ich mich als nicht italienisch sprechender Tourist eher nicht willkommen. Nach der Bestellung verschwand die Kellnerin einfach, ohne ein "Danke", eine Begrüßung oder sonstige Höflichkeiten. Zum Ambiente: Ich kann nur dringend davon abraten, vor Ort zu essen, sofern eine andere Möglichkeit besteht. Die vierspurige Hauptstraße vor dem Lokal wirkt im Vergleich zum Innenraum schon ruhig. Der Laden ist abends voll ausgelastet und entsprechend laut – so laut, dass man kaum sein eigenes Wort versteht. Fazit: Ein guter Ort, um ohne Reservierung schnell eine solide Pizza zu bekommen. Falls möglich, empfehle ich jedoch, die Pizza lieber zum Mitnehmen zu bestellen.
