Yacht Club Como M.I.La. C.V.C. — Restaurant in Como

I was supposed to take part in a wedding for one of my oldest college friends here and had flown out from the U.S. for it. Despite the agreement between the family and the yacht club months in advance, the club decided to renege on it days before the wedding. Once arriving I along with the entire group of 60 friends and family were heartbroken to discover that the yacht club had decided to not honor the original agreement. I am disgusted that any place would do this in a reasonable amount of time, but to do this only days before a wedding ceremony where many of the guests were coming in internationally is extremely reprehensible. I would hope they would not do this to others in the future, but given my experiences with the yacht club as they are, I would bet against them...

Eigentlich 0 von 5. Normalerweise würde ich niemals so bewerten, allerdings muss ich hier die Reißleine ziehen.

Empfang 0 von 5: Sehr sehr unfreundlich. Allerdings haben wir das erstmals über uns ergehen lassen. (Meine Begleitung und ich waren sehr gut bekleidet und wurden schon bei der persönlichen Reservierung auf 20:00 Uhr, sehr schlecht begrüßt und empfangen)

Karte 0 von 5: Alles auf Italienisch und sehr verwirrend (Preise und das was dann am ende tatsächlic verlangt wurde)

Essen 1 von 5: Ein gutes Restaurant weiß dass Medium sehr ungesund ist und empfiehlt es nicht. Meine Begleitung hat fast ein rohes Stück Fleisch bekommen, obwohl wir was anderes verlangt hatten. Mein Fleisch war eigentlich nur Fettig.

Buffet 0 von 5: Die Kellnerin sagt dass das Buffet klein 4€ Koste und dass man soviel davon nehmen kann wie man möchte. Als meine Begleitung noch einen kleinen Nachschlag wollte, da wir ca. 35 min nach Bestellung auf das Essen gewartet haben, obwohl sehr wenig los war. Mussten wir das Buffet zwei mal bezahlen und das jeweils für 10€. Das Essen war sehr kalt und trocken, bestimmt noch vom Mittag kurz aufgewärmt.

Bezahlung 0 von 5. Wir haben nach Anfrage der Rechnung 25 min. gewartet, die Kellnerin hat bei wiederholten Fragen, sehr genervt reagiert und weiter die anderen Tische abgeräumt. Der Preis der Rechnung stimmte nicht mit dem was wir bestellt und errechnet haben überein. Haben allerdings bezahlt und sind gegangen.

Alles in allem waren wir IMMER sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen, dies wurde nicht einmal erwidert. Nie wieder und...
