AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS!!
If I could give this place 0 stars, I absolutely would. This was hands down the worst brunch experience I've ever had. We arrived at 10:10 AM, just 10 minutes after they supposedly opened, and the doors were still locked. The waitress saw us standing outside but just ignored us. We had to call the restaurant just to get them to open the door – unacceptable!
When we finally got inside, the place was a mess. Dirty tables everywhere, and they told us we'd have to wait another 10 minutes to be served. On a scorching hot day, they didn't even bother to bring us water while we waited.
The real kicker was when we tried to order. We wanted an avocado toast with an extra egg. Sounds simple, right? Apparently not for this place. They told us it wasn't possible to just add an egg – we had to order an entirely separate meal that included two eggs and crispy bacon. All we needed was one extra egg! They flat out refused. Unbelievable.
So, we grudgingly ordered this separate meal. When it arrived, the bacon wasn't even crispy as advertised. We sent it back, only for them to return it exactly as it was before. And the avocado toast? A joke. It was cheap, stale white bread that tasted like it was two days old. Completely inedible.
The staff were incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. For the exorbitant prices they charge, you'd expect at least a modicum of customer service. These people have no idea how to run a restaurant. They aren't human in their treatment of customers. I sincerely hope this place closes down soon. Avoid...

We were mislead to think we could chose our courses, which we specifically asked at the beginning before eating. We were essentially forced to have the full set courses and when we challenged this, we were met with passive aggressive staff trying to squeeze ever penny they could out of us for what was quite frankly, was a below average meal. Would not recommend and especially if it is the set menu. It’s a nice place but the staff are looking over your shoulder every minute looking to your plates so we felt very rushed. Extremely expensive for what you get eg- we got a macaron, and egg with some cheese, a slice of veal and one beer - this came to €120. Extremely disappointed with how unprofessional this business is. On top of that, when we were leaving, the manger asked where we were from and when we said we were from London, they frowned upon us. One star all around and to be honest, our evening would have been better spent at home with a ready meal. Another thing to note is that they did not ask us about allergies or...

Like the review below, service was incredibly slow. I popped in while waiting for a connecting train. It took 45 mins to have my order taken (despite going up to the bar many times to say I’m happy to order here).
45 mins after placing my simple order, salad and chips, the food still hadnt come, by which time I had to start leaving to catch my train. I asked for the order to go, 10 mins later it still hadnt come. I asked to pay and just take whatever they had made, so I left with my salad and no chips.
The salad was fine enough, but shocking that it took almost an hour to get it after ordering.
There was only 2 waitresses so I don’t blame them, there should have been more staff (however there wasn’t loads of tables to serve, I counted around 6)
I thought 2 hours would be more than enough time to grab a bite to eat, but don’t eat here if you have anywhere else to be in the afternoon. I hope this is just a blip, and I hope service is...
