So we were once here, two years ago and we rwmembered that the meat was very good and not so expensive. So we went this year here and they said that there is one dish that isnt on the menu, the tomahawk steak for two people 1300g. We already knew that we would take this when the waitress said it so we didnt look closely at the menu and the prices. We enjoyed our meat, that was great, took a dessert and asked for the bill. We went to this restaurant as a birthday dinner while travelling to the area. The reservation took a bit to get sorted through the email, but we were accommodated and welcomed once we got there. Place is very interesting in layout and atmosphere is great. This is not a cheap restaurant but nevertheless the choice of steaks, sauces, sides and wines was great. Did not enjoy the bread basket as i felt the bread a bit difficult to chew. If you wish to have a good steak in a nice ambiance paired with a good wine is definitely a good place to start with...

Nonostante l'ottima cucina l'esperienza non è stata delle migliori. Abbiamo prenotato telefonicamente un tavolo per la serata di capodanno (31/12) dopo qualche giorno arriva una richiesta via wapp di versare una "caparra" per la prenotazione di € 40,00; il che è plausibile per i tanti No Show (persone che prenotano e poi non si presentano) di cui sono vittima i ristoratori. Quindi versiamo "la caparra" e la sera del 31/12 andiamo a cenare come previsto. Al momento di pagare il conto ci aspettavamo che venisse detratta "la caparra" di € 40,00 (come in qualsiasi prenotazione in cui si versa una caparra come ad esempio negli Hotel) così però non è stato e siamo stati informati che i 40,00 € erano il "coperto" per la serata del 31/12. Abbiamo fatto le nostre rimostranze e siamo stati ripresi con tono abbastanza scortese da una ragazza alla cassa la quale sosteneva che ci era stato in primis scritto nel messaggio e soprattutto detto per telefono (cosa che probabilmente risponderanno in calce anche a questa recensione). Ovviamente ambe 2 le cose non sono avvenute altrimenti non saremmo cascati dal pero. Ma mettiamo pure che i 40,00 € siamo stati il "coperto" (20,00 € a persona noi eravamo in 2) perché nello scontrino non è presente il "coperto"? (Fiscalmente dece essere riportato se viene fatto pagare) e tanto meno i 40,00 € ? Per onestà intellettuale allego messaggio wapp e scontrino del ristorante. Sicuramente vista l'onestà dei gestori del ristorante non penso torneremo mai al Keller di Bormio, comunque complimenti a loro che nella serata del 31/12 sono riusciti ad incassare un...
