Hello, with my friend we had a diner at MusiCafe the 31st July, BUT the restaurant charged my bank card 2 times for the same diner, so I paid double price!!!! Always no refund after communication.
I used card for payment and typed the pin, but the girl at desk said the card doesn't work and no ticket. Then I tried a 2nd time, a ticket is the printed. But on the day of 2nd August when I check my bank account I find the MusiCafe charged me 2 times (proof in photos). My bank manager told me only MusiCafe can cancel the doubled transaction, otherwise I can not get my money back. I called the MusiCafe, a girl said they check, the quality of communication is really bad, in the most time I couldn't hear what she is talking. I check my account every day but always no refund. Could you please refund me the doubled transaction of 55.50 euros??

Read moreWe have been here with my family looking for typical sardinian food, and it was a failure. 12€ for cuolorgiones , came 4 , it was more a cheese ravioli that you can buy in the supermarket. The other plate was a pasta with sardinian ricotta, which actually there was no ricotta, it was pana. The fregola dish was pure oil. Also the one that made us most sad, we went here because the owner on the front door said they could do pane indorau (which is a sardinian classic fried bread) , short after they came with pane carasau which is totally another thing. In the end for paying the waitress come rudely talk to us saying that we asked for no couvert and normally in italy we have to accept coz is the price of the towel in the table (???) I am half italian, and have been here 3 years and never have seem something like it. Worst experience ever, its a trap...
Read moreThe restaurant has a bar area with outdoor tables where aperitifs are served. Other tables, which can also be accessed from the street level, are located under a canopy surrounded by plants and flowers. The music selected is mainly blues songs, by major artists. Pizza is good and also the homemade desserts. Absolutely to try the fish dishes and the Sardinian local ones. A typical Sardinian menu is available upon reservation (€ 35 each). The restaurant is often crowded, better to book in advance. There is not much place to park and the adjacent street is...
