I don’t know what more you could want! The food was creative, fresh and flavours were exceptional. If you are even close to Cala Ganone this place is well worth a detour. Really should get a Michelin bib with the level of food and impeccable service we experienced. It was also full of locals late into the evening; a buzzing yet sophisticated atmosphere. We have eaten in a lot of Michelin star (1,2 &3) restaurants and the tuna with grapefruit especially, could rival most of them! Everyone that waited on us had such charm and in depth knowledge of everything on the vast menu. The owner herself hosts with flare and tells stories about some of the food and how a slight Thai kick is added to some dishes owing to her heritage… along with being a great sommelier - the Vermentino paired incredibly with all the food and brought an interesting acidity and balance. Great place to have a perfect mediteranean holiday...The hotel is less than 5 minutes walk away from the beach and marina and close to just about any touristic atraction.There is a nice restaurant as well with gorgeous seaview and the most amazing fresh seafood and pasta dishes (they go out of their way to accomodate guest with food allergies, so that for me was a major plus).The staff is friendly and helpfull so do not hesitate to ask for advice on main attractions and excursions as most of them are local and will point you in the right direction.
