This is by far the worst restaurant I’ve been to in Italy. Very disappointing. We ordered one starter and one pasta, and it took an hour and a half for them to come out even though the restaurant was not busy. The pasta was literally inedible and tasted like Parmesan that had gone off and mouldy - it was the “lorighittas / traditional Sardinian pasta” so stay away from this. The pasta itself had great texture and could have been amazing but the cheesy sauce was really not good. The stater ceviche was ok but nothing special and very expensive and small.
Edit after the owners response: we should have not eaten the pasta, but we came to the restaurant very hungry, waited 1 hour for a starter and 30 more minutes for 1 pasta. By that point we were so hungry we just ate some of the pasta anyway because we didn’t want to go to another restaurant or request a new dish that could have taken another hour and could be just as bad. The most friendly service in all Sardinia from the delightful Elena. Fabulous food with plenty of unusual options. And OMG the dessert, i mean when Elena described it we thought it was going to be a slice of key lime pie but what arrived looking like an apple but in fact a layered and coated concotion of super deliciousness that surpasses pretty much any dessert I can remember! Wow!

We came to this restaurant the first week of October and we were suggested lobster like menu of the day. 20 Euro per person. The waiter brought the plates with half lobster per person and we notice that lobsters did not have the tails. But just tail is the one part of lobster is eateable. After that the waiter did not come up to us at all. At the end we had to pay for spoilt dinner, not tasty macaroni and the waiters were not polite at all. 20 Euro per person is not very big money but the evenig was compleatly ruined .
