If you want your evening ruined and time wasted, come and give a try!! Mistreating customer makes no consequences for them but will ruin your trip
We came to this pizzeria full of excitement, lured in by the glowing reviews. Initially, we thought we’d play it safe with takeout, but oh no, the front desk assured us that dining in would be our best bet — “Just 5 minutes!” they said, while he emphasized that takeout would take a painful 40 minutes. So, of course, we took the bait and decided to dine in. Little did we know, this was where the nightmare began….
We sat down, ordered, and then... nothing. We waited. And waited. And waited some more. One hour passed! Meanwhile, customers who arrived after us not only got their food, they ate, paid, and left — all while we were still sitting there, wondering what happened to our “5-minute” promise. It became painfully clear: the moment we chose to sit down, they stopped caring. Why? Because they knew we were trapped. Once seated, there was no escape. We were at their mercy, held hostage by the looming table fee and the drinks we had already ordered. We might as well have been invisible.
And when the moment finally came to settle the bill? Oh, the indifference was palpable! They couldn’t care less about us or any other individual table. Especially tourists like us. Why bother? They know we’re never coming back, and honestly, after this experience, we never will.
And then there was the food. Let’s talk about that for a second. If the service wasn’t enough of a letdown, the pizza certainly was. The cheese? Cheap and bland. My tuna pizza? Somehow bitter — yes, bitter. How does that even happen? It was like they went out of their way to ensure every aspect of our meal was disappointing.
In short, this was a disaster from start to finish. We thought we’d save time by dining in, but instead, we were left to languish at our table, endlessly waiting for a meal that wasn’t worth the wait. Avoid this place unless you enjoy long waits, indifferent service, and subpar food....

We got a table in a half full restaurant, so there was no rush FYI.
Ordered food & drinks, 10mins later were informed 2 of the choices are nor available(not informed at the start?), still no drinks.15mins later had to remind them to serve us our drinks, not all of us got their order. 20minute' later had to remind them again to serve us the ordered wine for two of my friends. 35mins pizza finally arrived(it usually takes 10-15mins to serve it in a good restaurant.
They completely forgot about our friend that ordered ravioli. He finally got them 45min after our initial order when we reminded them AGAIN! We of course finished our meal by the time he got the last order.
Finally we waited for 10mins to get a waiter. We wanted to pay and get out as soon as possible. I had to come down and practically hunt down someone. That someone fiddled with the card machine for 5 minutes. That person did not know how to use it or even tell me what cards do they use or not.
Abysmal and horrible service, ruined dinner experience. Rarely seen in otherwise warm and welcoming Sardinia.
I do not...
Read moreTerrible experience and customer service. We tried to book a table for 9 p.m. and they told us they could only do it at 9:15 p.m, and that was ok for us. Despite this, we arrived a little earlier and waited patiently until the reservation time. Until 9.35 p.m. they didn't call us or give any justification or apology for being late, they simply ignored us. At 9.45 p.m. we went to the counter again to ask if the table would be delayed as they hadn't told us anything yet and it was past the hour, they were rude and tried to excuse the fact that we had been waiting a long time because we had arrived too early. When we complained, they simply told us that they didn't have time to talk to us. We decided to leave because they were rude to us, so we didn't try the food but because of the bad service we definitely won't...
