I won't be back Very cheap products from discount supermarkets, very poor quality meat, too oily. The guy who prepares the food has no cleaning standards, with the same hands that touches his package touches your food without cutlery or gloves. The music is too loud like in a disco. They serve you on a plastic tray and give you paper roll instead of a napkin. You have to order at the counter, pay in advance and come back to pick up your food later. Prices are not cheap, €20 for a mix plate and a beer... for €5 more you can eat in a good restaurant with table service, proper napkins, higher cleaning standards and better food. Edit: the bathroom was my best friend...

Won't be come again, and really regret aft recommending there to others. If customers want to cut the line, they have to ask the others in line, not the cashier isn't it? Of course there's no problem aft said it wasn't intentional. However, the boss did ignore me directly and mayby made an negtive expression like I was making a fuss when i said i was cut?...and forgot my order chips. I hope I'm not being gendered or racially discriminated? That's the only reason I keeped polite...

Basterebbe la parola IMBARAZZANTE a descrivere questo posto. Tralasciando il fatto che abbiamo preso due burger vegetariani pagati a prezzo pieno ma senza burger (non lo avevano), il meglio (si fa per dire) è arrivato nel momento dell’assemblamento dei panini: nessuno usa i guanti o la cuffia da cucina, tutti toccano tutto con le mani, dalle comande, al pane, alla carne, alle uova, alle verdure, ai fritti… l’igiene non fa parte di questo posto … inoltre è tutto cotto sulla stessa griglia, senza nessuna considerazione per allergeni (quali le uova) o possibili intolleranze o allergie alimentari. Noi, ad esempio, non volevamo che le nostre verdure venissero riscaldate sulla piastra dove avevano appena cotti gli hamburger di carne (modellati a mani nude davanti a noi), soluzione? Panino con verdure fredde (sempre pagato a prezzo pieno). I fritti mi hanno lasciato davvero senza parole, nessun contenitore take away (era tutto da portare), ma due piattini di plastica (non compostabili) in cui mettevano i fritti (naturalmente manco a dirlo, mescolati e versati senza guanti). Abbiamo chiesto di avere una bustina di ketchup, ci hanno detto che lo avrebbero messo accanto (bustina non disponibile), risultato? Non essendo chiusa in un contenitore adatto, la salsa si è versata nella busta di carta. Non tornerò mai in questo posto imbarazzante e non perderò occasione per avvisare tutti i potenziali clienti. Spero davvero che ci sia un controllo igienico...
