We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. At first, no one paid any attention to us. There were plenty of free tables, so we sat down at one ourselves, yet still no one approached us. Eventually, we went up to ask, and after some checking, we were told we couldn’t sit there. The manager asked us to move to another table. Although it was inconvenient, we agreed and followed.

We told the waiter three times that we wanted to place an order, but he still took other people’s orders instead and wandered around the hall without purpose. Eventually, he came over, only to tell us that we couldn’t order what we wanted because it was from the kids’ menu.

On top of that, the way they spoke to us and treated us made it clear they were not happy about us being there as foreigners. We ended up leaving, even though we were very hungry. Their rude and dismissive attitude was evident from...

Ho ordinato un western smash burger edizione speciale. Arriva il panino freddo e le patatine bollenti, hamburger freddo mentre lo smash per definizione è caldo perché va fatto al momento smashato sulla piastra, bordo senza frastagliature ma uniforme in pratica era solo un hamburger piatto non uno smash, fonduta di formaggi era talmente poca che non si vedeva ne si sentiva il sapore e di conseguenza hamburger secchissimo.

Insomma qualità pari al McDonald ma al doppio del prezzo. Purtroppo ero di fretta e dovevo mangiare una cosa al volo, e il panino era mangiabile seppur non buono, ma non era sicuramente uno smash, quindi vendono per smash ciò che smash non è; proprio perché di fretta non ho chiamato il cameriere per reclamare e farmi sostituire il piatto, non avevo tempo. Come non ho avuto tempo, e me ne rammarico, per fotografare quel panino e i dettagli di cui parlo, avreste capito dalle foto.

Mi rivolgo quindi in cassa al direttore di sala esponendo le mie lamentele, e lui mi risponde adducendo giustificazioni insensate, purtroppo avrei dovuto metterglielo sotto la barba il panino per fargli capire la roba mediocre che vendono a caro prezzo. Alla fine udite udite se ne è uscito con un 10% di sconto e non è neanche andato in cucina ad indagare su cosa avesse causato il disservizio lamentato dal cliente. Pessimo. O connivente. Delle due l’una: o non sa fare il suo lavoro oppure sa cosa succede in cucina e quindi non serve andare a controllare manco per finta.

Non ci ritornerò mai più in ogni caso. Ovviamente la mia è una recensione parziale, ho mangiato solo quel panino e non so come sia il resto della roba, ma dall atteggiamento della cucina e del personale nonché del direttore di sala si evince scarsa professionalità e pressappochismo. Almeno sappiate che se proprio ve la volete rischiare, non ordinate assolutamente gli smash burger perché sono praticamente gli hamburger piatti precotti del Burger King venduti ad un prezzo maggiorato, però BK ammette che la preparazione è quella e non li spaccia certo per smash burger. Bello vedere i video-markette gli YouTuber a cui portano questi smash fumanti e fatti a regola d’arte e poi tu quando vai a mangiarci ti presentano queste robe inguardabili e al limite del commestibile. Well… Where I can start? The server was rude and apparently hates USA costumers, my wife and I ordered both steak and she asked about how we wanted our meat cooked we both said medium well and apparently here they don’t use or know that term. She said either Medium or Well Done nothing more. I tried to explain her medium well was in the middle of both between medium and well done, she cut me off immediately saying “That’s in America, here in Italy is either Medium or Well Done”, we said okay that’s fine and picked Medium.
