I don’t write bad reviews, but the waitress at this restaurant lacks basic communication skills and respect. I was seated by one worker after explaining I wanted to drink some wine, but when the waitress came by, she was agitated that we weren’t ordering food. When I apologized and asked where I could instead order a drink and sit around to listen to music, she stormed off and proceeded to ignore me and my partner. After I finished one glass of wine, I respectfully asked if I could have one more, to which the waitress begrudgingly said yes, rolled her eyes, and stormed off again.

After a long walk after dinner, we heard good music and asked for a table for wine. One server sat us, the waitress got so mad we didn’t want food. At 22:30 the place had plenty of seats, but instead of communicating a separate place to drink, we were ignored. Servizio al tavolo inesistente, devi andare al bar a prenderti la bevuta. Prezzi altissimi considerando il NON servizio, ma purtroppo in linea con la follia di Firenze. Locale uguale agli altri diecimila aperti sul lungarno. Musica molto alta che non permette nemmeno di sentire cosa dice chi siede al tavolo con te. Viva il linguaggio dei segni. Tutto questo appena elencato mi sarebbe andato anche bene. La pazzia arriva quando vado al bagno e mi chiedono 1€! Ho fatto presente che avevo consumato al bar ma niente da fare, paghi per ingerire e ripaghi per evacuare. Incredibile ma vero. Sarei quasi tentata di chiedere alle forze dell’ordine se è regolare che un esercizio che prevede un’attività di somministrazione di cibo e bevande faccia pagare per fare pipì. E non ditemi che sono due posti diversi perché l’ho espressamente chiesto ai ragazzi fuori dal bagno. Dopo questa le ho viste proprio tutte.
