Palazzo Borghese — Attraction in Florence

I went on Firenze Nera party (7th Dec 2022) and I had standard expetations, nothing extra. First, we got in pretty fast and also we left our jackets really fast. We got tematic face masks for free what was nice! All ambient looks amazing, I can't say anything except of wow!! But then everything went wrong at the end of party. We were waiting in totally chaotical crowd for 53 mins. Worker couldn't find our 3 jackets so my friend was looking for them. They put them on wrong number, what can happen to everyone ofcourse but all of that time of waiting was such a mess. There were few securities but they didn't organize that mass of people at all. Some of people was really angry and agressive. At the end, I'm happy cause I got my new coat back but I'm angry on bad service we got. We paid 25€ for party and 5€ for garderobe what is way too expensive for bad service like this. Also, all of us were so disappointed when we left and one of friend almost fainted in that crowd while waiting. Please organize it better next time and keep party and service on...

First of all we waited 20 minutes to get in (and you also need to be registered to their site in order to get in - we lied about this and just showed some random email and they let us in) The interior of the place is amazing, I cannot complain about that. The price for leaving your jacket in a wardrobe was 5 euros (which is a kinda high since you paid for the entrance 25 euros) + there was another 10 minute wait to leave it. There are two “stages” on which where DJ-s which are nothing special. And the worst thing which engaged the spark for writing this review is that at the end of the party there was milions of people waiting for their jackets. We waited 50 minutes in total to get our jackets and the workers in the wardrobe didn’t even know which jackets are ours so we had to get in and find our jackets by ourselves. The most stunning venue to get married! Our guests were in awe the entire time. Planning our wedding here from the USA was difficult, as the venue manager didn’t begin consistent communication with us about details until a few months before the wedding date. Matteo handled the day of coordination very well and arranged everything exactly as we wanted! The food was very good, and the service from the wait staff was impressive.
