I couldn’t wait to make my way to the far corner of Oltrarno and finally get my hands on a real cheeseburger! There’s been so much hype since Reburger opened at this new location, and I was positive all the enthusiastic reviews were legit… because I wanted them to be. I know it’s hard to be completely honest and constructively critical when you sincerely want a business (and the people behind it) to do well. You want to say only good things, but I think doing that is a disservice - to fellow burger-eaters and to the improvements and goals the business wants to make. I also don’t want to pretend that my review (or stars given) would make much of an impact. That being said… the atmosphere is industrial cool, and all the people working are friendly, polite and chill. They’ve got a garden in the back and the music really complements. One of the ‘claims to fame’ is that their buns are sourced from Wild Buns - the irresistible (insert any and all synonyms of ‘delicious’ and ‘perfect’ here) Scandinavian bakery across the street. I ordered the Classic Smashed Cheeseburger - because when it comes to burgers, sometimes basic is best - and strangely, the bun was the least exciting part of my burger. The golden top kind of cracked and chipped away as I ate, maybe that’s what’s supposed to happen, but I felt it was kind of on the dry side. (A bun delivery was made while we were waiting, so you can be assured of their freshness!) The beef paddy was perfectly smashed. The pickles tasted straight-up American, but the cheddar cheese - which was a very thin and melted slice - tasted of nothing. The pre-sliced cheddar found at grocery stores here doesn’t compare to the quality cheddar this type of burger begs for… I’m not claiming to know where they got it, but this is the most typical disappointment with cheddar cheese in Italy - it’s only cheddar in name. Onions were great. Overall, though, there just wasn’t much flavor. The menu says there’s a cocktail sauce on the burger, but I really can’t say I noticed it. The fries are super, but snobbishly, I did not like their homemade ketchup. But I wanted to! ‘Real’ ketchup is made of so many disgusting things… My husband liked the ketchup, so maybe I’m in the minority, but, if not, instead of doing a sort of ketchup, why not a whole different kind of sauce? To wrap it up, if you’re missing burgers from back home, this burger will almost get you there! It’s not the burger of my dreams, but it’s not so far off that it couldn’t be. There’s loads of potential in that kitchen on via di Camaldoli! 100% I...
Read moreNew customer here 🙌🏻 let’s get started because I’m so excited about my order and this is the first time ever I gave 5 stars to a burger! I ordered mighty chicken burger. didn’t know it comes with fries so I separately ordered signature rosmarino french fries too. I am a huge chicken person and can’t say how surprised I am! the chicken itself ACTUALLY had a taste!!! a very good one! now I know it must be like this everywhere but believe me it’s not!! ALL the chicken burgers I’ve had so far have been like a very bland, neutral piece of chicken breast with lots and lots of sauce and veggies and stuff. but absolutely no taste for the main ingredient! it was different this time. I tried the chicken separately and I was like daaaamn! the right type and amount of spices. the other ingredients and the bun were of high quality too. fries were very fresh and nicely done. no famous “burnt oil” smell and taste of many other places. the size was all fine. big pieces of chicken. they didn’t try to fill the burger with other stuff. I enjoyed every single bite and I’m telling you: definitely give it a try. Reburger please please whatever you’re doing, just keep doing it. don’t change! Loyal customer here...

The menu was an exciting mix of classic and innovative burger options, and each one was crafted with the utmost care. I went for the custom burger and was blown away by the quality. The bun was perfectly toasted, the patty was juicy and flavorful, and the toppings were fresh and thoughtfully paired. You could tell every ingredient was chosen with precision.
Their sides deserve a special shoutout, too! The fries were crispy, golden, and seasoned to perfection. And don’t even get me started on their homemade sauces—each one was a flavor bomb!
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. They even recommended the perfect local craft beer to pair with my meal, which was a great touch.
