We grew up eating Chinese food from our parents and eating out in Chinese restaurants back in San Francisco, so if you’re looking for something similar to hit that craving, this is the spot. After a week of gorging on pasta, pizza, and charcuterie-we needed our fix of Asian food. We were surprised by the low prices, some meat dishes ranging between 6-8 euros with the fancier and seafood ones ranging on 10-13 euros. Our total bill was 20 euros which included two entrees, two white rices, and medium size hot tea. The food was delicious, white rice cooked perfectly, and service was friendly and efficient. There were some locals (both Italian students and adults), as well as local Asians eating there. The menu had pictures of every dish and although it wasn’t in English-you can make out what each Italian word was. Would absolutely go again.

I was thoroughly surprised to find such quality Chinese food in Florence. Couldn't be happier with having found this place. Their food was cheap, each dish was 8€ for us and the veggies was 6€. Very reasonable prices and 3 dishes was more than enough for the two of us. Their food has the certain flavor you would look for in quality Chinese food that can only come from the proper use of a wok on a stove top fire. Service was also good, no frills. Simple meal. Would def come back again if I'm in Florence and craving quality Chinese food.

Edited in Sept 2020 to add: The restaurant has moved next door from their original location which offers a bigger location for indoor dining and their original location is now converted to a well-stocked Asian food market. They used to offer "fast food" options during lunch hours where local students and professionals in a hurry can choose several portions of precooked dishes with a bowl of rice for a set price. I'm unsure if they still offered this at their new location pre-C19. For now, their dine-in service and food are all cooked fresh and still as delicious as before when I first visited 2 years ago. I'm happy to say I'm still a regular here!

The food is authentic, flavorful, and very reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and speaks English, Italian, and Chinese proficiently. My new favorite Chinese joint...

After all the Italian food we were craving something different and while this wasn’t fully up to par it still hit the spot.

Pro - good variety of Chinese dishes the service from the older woman was kind dishes were hot on serving and came quick pretty decent dishes overall

Con - service by the young girl with glasses was lacking, e.g. we asked for an extra napkin because there was a spill on the table but were told there was only one napkin allocated per person. She would also come to try to take dishes away that weren’t yet finished, like half a bowl of rice or half a bowl of noodles. the shanghai pork dumplings/xiao long bao had no juice inside and all the wrappers were ripped upon serving with very thick dough toilet wasn’t working and...
