This dining experience has truly been a stand out of my holiday - the food is made with so much love and is cooked to perfection! We came here multiple times and left with warm hearts and immense satisfaction every time. The owners are extremely hospitable and kind, they took the time to have in depth conversations and connect with us, which gave such a personal and family feel to the experience as a whole.

Wir sind bei unserem Aufenthalt in Gaiole (VINCI) viermal in der Trattoria Galletto Briaco zum Essen eingekehrt. Schon beim ersten Besuch hatte man das Gefühl hier willkommen zu sein. Es wird eine perfekte italienische Küche geboten in der alles passt, angefangen von den Kochkünsten des Chefs, bis zum freundlichen Service und einer gemütlichen Atmosphäre. Auf unseren Wunsch nach einem Fischgericht, das nicht auf der Karte stand, wurde sofort eingegangen und am nächsten Tag ein äußerst schmackhafter Fisch serviert. Die angebotenen lokalen Weine waren hervorragend und das alles zu einem Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wieder zuhause angekommen, denken wir gerne an die schönen Aufenthalte zurück. Abbiamo cenato alla Trattoria Galletto Briaco quattro volte durante il nostro soggiorno a Gaiole (VINCI). Fin dalla prima visita, ci siamo sentiti i benvenuti. Servono una cucina italiana perfetta, dove tutto è perfetto, dalle abilità culinarie dello chef al servizio cordiale e all'atmosfera accogliente. La nostra richiesta di un piatto di pesce non presente nel menu è stata immediatamente soddisfatta e il giorno dopo ci è stato servito un delizioso piatto di pesce. I vini locali offerti erano eccellenti, il tutto con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Una volta tornati a casa, ricordiamo con affetto i nostri meravigliosi soggiorni. Ancora una volta, grazie mille a Jenny e Sabatino, e auguri da Augusta....

Absolutely exquisite cuisine, very true to the region’s rich food culture. The dishes have incredible depth of flavor— I’ve been visiting this region for a month and this has been one of my favorite meals! The wild boar ragu and ravioli were both delicious.
