A service that ruins it all (incl. planned fraud)
1st strike: Most of the terraze tables were empty when we arrived around 8 pm and the first suggestion of the service was a spare table outside the regular seating area and basically as part of the waiting area before entering the restaurant. After the service failed to seat us on this table, another couple was seated there a while later (even though till 10 pm not all of the regular tables got seated, and many tables could be seated again over the time).
2nd strike: We ordered a sparkling water but received naturale, someting I would normally not mention but it continued nicely the "wonderful" service.
For this combination of "attention" of the service I reduce one star. Remaining: 4/5
3rd strike: After waiting for approx. 45 minutes a pizza and pasta with mussels were brought to our tables. Far away from our two completely different ordered pizzas. It took them another 30 minutes (ending at 1,5h waiting time!) to bring the correct two pizzas at the second try. We received some fried pizza dough at minute 60 at least but as other tables contiued to receive pizzas after the first failed attempt and successfully second attempt it seems like the service did not even tell the kitchen to prioritize the forgotten/misplaced order.
For the overall delay I reduce another star, resulting in 3/5.
4th strike: As mentioned by others before, the bill we received did includr the wrong price. A large beer was prized at 6€ vs. 5€ from the original menu. Increasing the bill from 31,50€ to 33,50€ - equally an attempted overcharge of 6%. There is also 2€ corperto per person, without receiving some bread.
For the 4th strike I reduce another star: 2/5.
The last one is take by the fact that the overcharge is not a simple mistake but actual and planned fraud. Why? Because the beer is added in the billing system at 6€ vs. 5€ and they can adjust the price the way they wish. In the end both bills stated the name of the beer but once with 6€ and once with 5€. Everybody should be extremely cautious while paying the bill!
This brings us to 1/5 stars.
Not to mention we needed to ask 2 times for a bill and waited another 10 minutes (with only 4 other tables seated and 2-3 staff members).
Overall really a disappointment of the service which is quite a shame as the pizza was actually rather good and probably one of our favorites over South Italy. So big thank you to the kitchen and sorry that the service ruins the nice...
Read moreWent here for dinner. Firstly, we were made to wait at the entrance for about 25 minutes, although there were free tables. Then we had to wait for our order for another 40-50 minutes. The impression was that they make you wait in order to have time to defrost the fish, since the quality of the products is so low. The menu is scarce and the prices are extremely overpriced in relation to quality and serving size. We have ordered tuna tartare from many places, so we have a great idea of how this dish is served and should taste. As a result, when our dishes were brought to the table, we were completely disappointed with what we saw, the Tatars looked about 80 grams (a can of kitten food is 2 times larger and this is not a joke)! It was supposed to be served with capers, instead of them it was simply sprinkled with dry herbal seasoning like salad mix, which is easily found at any home kitchen. This is definitely not why a person wants to go to dinner at a restaurant! Moreover, pay as in a premium segment restaurant, although it does not even match the cheapest street friggitoria. Disgusting wine. The pizza quality is also below average, sour tomato sauce and a lot of crust on the edges. None of the dishes are worth the money and, most importantly, your wasted time! The restaurant's attractive location and cosy interior are very deceiving!...

We ordered one starter, and two main dishes, 2 aperols and Walter (we spent 50 euros). My starter came with the main dish of my partner, who almost finished his dish while my second dish still did not arrive... We made a complaint so it arrived finally, but it destroyed our last evening as we could not eat together.
At the end they did not even say sorry for the mistake and that they made us wait so long,however we complained at payment, too.
When the bill arrived, it was a scam. It contained a correction with a minus 2 euro deduction, SEEMINGLY... The waiter was shameless and said they deducted 2 euros out of "courtesy", however my starter was overcharged in the bill (they added a 10 euro price however the starter was in fact 8 euros according to the menu). So they overcharged us and pretended to give a fake deduction (and thought we would not notice).
