We recently enjoyed a 10-night Western Mediterranean Cruise on the MSC Lirica sailing from Alicante. The first stop was Genoa and we walked to the end of the port where we picked up a free map from the tourist information office. Before exploring Genoa, we stopped at Bar Metro and ordered two coffees. In hindsight I should have ordered cappuccinos, because I was given expressos. The coffees were made with quality beans and tasted good. The lady who served us was friendly and provided a prompt service. The cafe was clean and very popular.  It was possible to use the toilet for 50c.
