I had a very disappointing experience here. The woman at the counter was kind and welcoming with Italian-speaking customers, but her attitude towards me as a foreign visitor was cold and unwelcoming. I only wanted to stop for a coffee and use the bathroom after my morning bus, but when I politely asked, she refused at first.
