Having scraped the bottom of the barrel for some decrepit muscles, the restraint drowned them in grayish worm like flavorless spaghetti, which did nothing to save the dish, only hunger. There was nothing special about the atmosphere, a bunch of tables with red table cloth, and a staff which seemed to loathe their customers. Many of the servers around this sorry little place had a strange tendency to drop cutlery on the floor, and then scoff at the request to replace it. The dessert which I initially thought would taste good - did not. It was essentially whipped cream with the most flavorless cacao I’ve ever had - so flavorless I think it was saw dust instead. Want to guess what it was? Supposedly this joke of a dessert was Tiramisu, but it was just plain whipped cream.
On top of all this, my “appetizer” of focaccia took 30 minutes just to reach the table…. Another 2 hours passed until I finally saw (and smelled) my mistake. About 20-30 minutes later I was done with my meal, and even after asking, I didn’t get the menu for dessert until another 10 minutes passed. After ordering my “tiramisu” it came rather quickly compared the crap I had received earlier, but still, it was bad.
Do not go to this place unless they are paying you...
Read moreQuite deceiving. The restaurant in itself has a good atmosphere. But when we went there it took 15 minutes for the server to take our order. Another 30 or more to get served. The mussels couldn't be made, although weirdly enough other tables were having them (people that arrived after us), and there were mussels in the salad that one of my friends had. The steak was okay, but had no seasoning, it just tasted meaty dry and sad, when i asked for sauce the waiter refused, even though there were sauces at the counter. The side to the steak was so deceiving. Cold tomatoes. Very dissapointing. The bread served at the beginning was also so hard that it was impossible to eat. The good side i suppose was the decorations and one of the waitresses was quite amicable. I don't know if it was just a bad day for them, but i was shocked considering the good...

Saturday night and it was packed with a queue after 8. Very handy for the main station and reasonably priced. Food was good average, ditto wine. Small mains choice, only one meat dish otherwise fish. Deserts uninteresting.(tiramisu and semifreddo looked bought in), Service was excellent, two delightful waitresses who were running to and fro and coping with the relative chaos inside, but despite this remained friendly, helpful and spoke very good English. Terrace is just next to a busy road but this wasn't too bad except when the bus went by and this stopped about 8.30. Would recommend the terrace but not inside, and to book...
