recently visited Trattoria da Giulia in Genoa, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The food was truly delicious – authentic Italian flavors prepared with great care. The hosts were warm and welcoming, which made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. Everything was clean and well-presented, and you can really feel the passion they put into their cuisine. On top of that, the prices are very fair and reasonable.

Ne ho messa una di stella perché è il minimo, ma consideratene -10 di stelline.

Tutto incredibilmente PESSIMO. Ma pessimo eh. Cozze alla marinara cotte per almeno un mesetto, non ho mai mangiato delle cozze esclusivamente al sapore di limone e dalla consistenza di una bistecca troppo cotta, mi duole ancora ora la mascella. Polpo con patate: polpo sminuzzato che poteva essere qualsiasi cosa, anch’esso al sapore di limone, esclusivamente. Pansotti al sugo di noci: rinominati per l’occasione pansotti al sugo di gusci e panna cruda. Tagliolini zucchine e gamberi: tagliolini panna e olio. Tremendi di una pesantezza alluncinante e ciononostante insapore (tranne il retrogusto di limone rimasto dall’antipasto). Vino: acqua color paglierino. Acqua: delle peggiori. Tempi di attesa INFINITI ragazzi, infiniti. Cioè ma tipo che quando mi sono seduta non ero ancora in menopausa.

Dopo tutto ciò quando abbiamo osato dire qualcosa alla proprietaria lei con aria stizzita risponde “non si è mai lamentato nessuno” e ci gira le spalle.

Amici calabresi trapiantati genovesi, se volete fare una trappola per turisti annuciatelo, siate almeno onesti nei confronti dei vostri compatrioti. Oggi almeno una decina di nonne genovesi sono morte.
