More than an hour wait, rude and aggressive staff. Terrible experience - avoid!

We ordered 4 pizzas and some drinks and after 45 mins we asked if the pizzas were on the way as we noticed no one around us had received their pizzas yet either.

About 25 mins later the pizzas finally arrived and they were fine. But the salad we ordered were missing ingredients.

When we brought up the long wait at the end of the meal the staff became very rude and aggressive. They asked us to come inside to talk to the boss.

We tried to explain that an hour wait for four pizzas is not really good enough and they became aggressive and threatened to contact the authorities. One of the men even grabbed my friend by the arm to threaten him. So we paid full price and left - not worth the hassle.

We selected this restaurant based on its mostly positive pizza reviews, but our experience was far from satisfactory. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and even became physically aggressive. Despite it being a quiet Monday night, we waited for over an hour to receive our modest order of four pizzas and a salad. To make matters worse, the salad, which was supposed to contain tomatoes according to the menu, had none. When we brought up these issues and requested an adjustment to our bill, the staff went as far as threatening to involve the police and a senior staff member physically grabbed the arm of one of our party members. The burgers were okay: the buns were quite good (home made and fresh baked) and the patty was fine with good quality meat but nothing special. The fries were old and cold. There is no mineral water: you can choose between sparkling and non-sparkling water but both are tap water. Service is quick though and the fries were deducted from our bill. Even though they are only €1,50 it was a nice gesture. They also open earlier than most other restaurants in the area.
