Stellar. Really enjoyed this place. A little on the expensive side, but definitely worth it. I was here with my partner so I've tried a total of 7 different plates (desserts included), and there wasn't a single thing I disliked. I often tend to find combinations or small details in foods that just don't fit together, but not here. The menu changes everyday, so big kudos to the staff for keeping up with such a wide variety of foods! And water refills are free! With my wife and my brother and other couples of friends we had dinner to celebrate the birthday of a dear friend of ours in this restaurant located in the historic center of Genoa, about 100 meters from Via XXV Aprile. We sat at an internal table and there are several large and small internal rooms reserved and with some tables also outdoors overlooking the climb. We all chose a tasting menu. As appetizers we opted for several crunchy eggs carbonara and almond prawns with 3 mayonnaise and a mango artara, salted zabaglione, black garlic crumble. First tagliatelle with shellfish then Acquarello risotto with pumpkin, stock and black truffle then tortello with cacio pepe “inside and outside” with raw Bra sausage.
