The best thing about this place is the super friendly staff and service. They were really attentive and trying hard to please us and apologetic, which is absolutely appreciated, hence the 4 stars. Prices are good, and food is okay (there's room for improvement without going into public details). The music should keep everyone happy as there's everything from Rock to Pop music. However, when they played pop, my ears bleed 🙈 We had a bottle of Montefalco Sagrantino and was lovely. However, I recommend having the red house wine as it was excellent...

We hit Gubbio on a busy market day so it was overwhelmed with people. Struggled to find somewhere that didn’t sound touristy then found these reviews. I’ll add my good experience to them. Small menu but tasty food, felt you were being served dinner by friends. I’d highly recommend this restaurant (and a gelato from the Gelateria a few doors down the hill...

Abbiamo prenotato un tavolo per due io e il mio compagno. Ambiente veramente accogliente, titolare Giampaolo stravagante e simpatico, veramente gentile e cordiale. Il cameriere Lorenzo attento e professionale pronto a suggerire piatti top del posto. Posizione invidiabile lungo una stradina scoscesa che lascia incantare la vista, immersa in uno scenario da vero borgo medievale. Pochi tavoli fuori lungo la strada ma deliziosi per chi vuole mangiare vivendo una della parti più bella di gubbio Abbiamo mangiato un tagliere con formaggi e affettati dal sapore unico umbro, una porzione di arrabbiata in due (mi aspettavo una porzione piu abbondante) con sapore di un aglio speciale e un piatto con misto carne maiale e pollo con un sugo dove la scarpetta è d'obbligo con la loro.'crescia' tipica pizza del posto. Mezzo litro rosso della casa buonissimo (merlot) e per finire un amaro e un vin santo con tozzetti fragranti e ben fatti. Siamo rimasti molto male per il conto un po esagerato. Vada per la pasta a 15€... ma un tagliere a 22€ no. Un conto di 81.50€ in due veramente...
