So far the worst place where to have a typical food! Everywhere you can find some frozen seafood but you don't expect that ALL the seafood is frozen, specially no so far from 2 seas. We took the starter with mixed land and sea food, was nice but quite tiny (€10) then straight to the complete grilled and complete deep-fried seafood. WHAT A SHAME! that was the worst seafood ever. Looks seafood but taste of plain plastic and texture of chewing gum. Wasn't far to be fake toy for dogs! I'm really disappointed with it. It was by far our best dining experience in Lecce. The restaurant is mostly frequented by locals, and the staff were unbelievably attentive. Despite how busy they were, they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and took the time to explain every dish with genuine care.

We tried the parmigiano, the appetizer platter, the mixed seafood pasta, and the mussel pasta — every single bite was outstanding. We ended the evening with a divine dessert that was the perfect finish to an unforgettable meal.

The prices are very reasonable, even compared to other places in Lecce that offer much lower quality.

Overall not happy. Tagliere di salumi e formaggi was good, although the cheese selection was a bit uninspired. Linguine ai ricci (pasta with sea urchins) was salt- and tasteless. Grillata mista (grilled seafood platter) was dry. We complained and they exchanged the brochette. The replacement was much better but was still lacking salt and seasoning. A bit of parsley sprinkled on top doesn't do the job. The Frittura completa (fried seafood platter) was so so, the sepia partly rubbery and the shrimps over fried.
