Rated as terible. If it was cheaper it would be poor. Pleasent staff..I need to say that but everything else was really bad.

Buratta was Ok ..but nothing special. Oricchiette were overcoocked. Ok dish but if you are in Italy (Puglia) you expect these to be coocked properly.

Porkbelly 12 hours slow cook in dark beer??? Tough, dry and undercooked. Yes undercoocked. Obviously these 12 hours were shortened to 40 minutes. Little bit of sauce and few potatos as a side dish. Slow coocked meet you can eat with a spoon..well..not this one. It was served with a bread from day before.

I'm writing this since I was going after reviews and this place took my attention....

Very good and keen service, the starters were nice and worth to try it, the orecchiette and the gnocchi were just fine. The risotto was the plate of the day and it was delicate but a bit unblended together.

Sad note the bread wasn’t very good, the mozzarella and the buttata are average. Ignalat is just 10 mins far away and it would be worth it to order it from them.. The Location is super nice with a good view though!

The extraordinary note was the wine from Enoteca enotria and the service was fast and kind. They offered us limoncello and biscuits at the end of the meal, the staff is very professional and I hope to come back. We were 7 people and we paid 192...

Scrivo questa recensione dopo averne discusso anche con il padrone di casa , quindi non mi nascondo dietro una tastiera. Ecco la breve storia triste: Durante la nostra passeggiata, vediamo questo ristorante e seppur senza prenotazione, il titolare vede se può farci accomodare ugualmente ( senza avvisarci se già volevamo nel frattempo scannerizzare il menu ), dopo pochi minuti ci sediamo al tavolo e ci invita a scannerizzare questo menù, portandoci nel frattempo dell' acqua. Tempo di lettura : meno di 2 minuti e ci accorgiamo che non è di nostro gradimento... così dopo aver bevuto 2 bicchieri, andiamo in cassa per saldare almeno la bottiglia d' acqua (costo 2.50 € ). Raggiunto l' interno , mentre aspettiamo il titolare, diciamo ad un cameriere gentilissimo la situazione e lui ci dice che fosse per lui potremmo anche andare via tranquillamente e che il titolare la penserà sicuramente in ugual modo. Arriva così il titolare e , dopo aver spiegato anche a lui la nostra scelta di andare via, ci dice che ci veniva anche " incontro " non facendoci pagare la somma piena di circa 12 euro tra coperti e acqua, ma ci faceva pagare solo questa bottiglia d' acqua al solo costo di..... 5 euro !!!! Vista la differenza di prezzo al listino ne chiediamo il motivo e lui dice perché oltre all acqua , c'è il costo del tavolo occupato .... e per chi ha letto attentamente ricorderà bene che questo tavolo è stato impegnato per il modico tempo di....... quasi 2 minuti !!!!!! --- Fine breve storia triste --- EPILOGO Dopo il racconto, il mio modesto parere è che un buon ristoratore tiene a cuore clienti e potenziali e al primo posto non perde mai valori come l' umiltà...nel suo atteggiamento, nella sua freddezza, nel suo obiettare contro di noi, ho notato solo il comportamento di una persona ormai piena di persone a mangiare, che se resti o te ne vai , se ne frega altamente tanto ormai il suo è diventato un ristorante...
