The most wonderful bakery in Lucca. We were trilled to stay in Lucca for over three weeks. The experience of engaging with locals, which shopping for basics was incredible. This bakery was one of our favourite go to places. The breads were incredible, atmosphere, service and the help from the counter staff was second to none. Even with my basic Italian those guys assisted and encouraged me in in every way. It was always a pleasure to do my morning walk to this store....

My favorite bakery in Lucca - everything is amazing! The focaccia is excellent and the sweet breakfast pastries are a special treat. My favorites are the breakfast bread with mini chocolate chips topped with sugar glaze, and the large cornetto filled with fresh pastry cream. The staff is friendly and patient with everyone - especially those of us not yet fluent...
