Ristorante pizzeria Acqua e Farina — Restaurant in Mantua

We were invited to the restaurant by one of personnel person. Boys wanted Burger, so we sat. We read the opinions later :) I have mixed feelings. Personnel was very kind, very helpful. Service was quick. Burgers were quite ok. Tortellini was quite good, whereas risotto just acceptable. It is true that toilet is downstairs and the stairs are very narrow. It wasn’t dirty but requires maintenance. Well, the place has the potential, waiters are really, really kind and doing their best. The place needs some training for the cookers and toilet maintenance. I hope that they will take all these poor opinions into account and...

Service is barely adequate. My pasta was fresh and very good, but chicken with fried potatoes ordered by my wife was lukewarm and stale, surely not made fresh and not even heated properly. We ordered sparkling water to dinner, but got flat water, and I had to ask twice for the water. Access to toilet is terrible, via the very, and I MEAN IT, very narrow and steep staircase which I was barely able to navigate ... Good prices, and that is it. If you want to eat cheap, come, if you want to eat good...

Al ver las reseñas de este sitio nos hemos quedado muy sorprendidos porque nuestra experiencia fue realmente buena aquí. Éramos un grupo muy grande y todos salimos contentos de haber comido en este restaurante. Está situado en la plaza de la Torre del reloj, mejor imposible. Nos atrajo el menú pero finalmente casi todos pedimos algo de la carta, ensaladas y platos de pasta sobre todo y alguna carne. Prácticamente probamos toda la carta. Los platos estaban bien cocinados y las raciones eran más que abundantes. Todos eran exactamente tal como se describían en la carta y la pinta y el sabor eran de producto fresco y bien preparado. El café excelente. El servicio (algunos camareros) sí que fue un poco descuidado y aleatorio en algunos momentos pero nada lamentable. El responsable en cambio fue atento todo el tiempo. La escalera que lleva a los baños es simplemente de chiste, solo apta para bomberos y gente muy en forma, pero no nos pareció algo que te arruine la comida.
