i really wish that the pizza they serve could look as good as their instagram pictures... i mean, it's fresh, at least, just feels more like i'm eating crispy bread with a thin layer of cheese on top for the lack of toppings.

i don't understand why they would be so skimpy on topping ingredients. i gave them a chance to fix it, and they added basically 2 more basil leaves. a fiori di zucca pizza needs to have more than 1...

Wenn man zu den Menschen gehört, die den Rand der Pizza übrig lassen, dann ist das Crocca genau die richtige Anlaufstelle für einen. Denn die Pizza, die in dieser Pizzeria aus dem Ofen kommt, hat keinen. Mit unzähligen Arbeitsstunden und hoch entwickelter Technik von NASA und Co. hat man das italienische Nationalgericht auf links gedreht und eine Pizza gezaubert, die ganz anders schmeckt, als man es sonst so gewohnt ist. Damit hat man scheinbar auch Erfolg, denn mittlerweile gibt es bereits mehrere Dependancen des neuen Restaurants. Die Pizza kommt aber nicht nur ohne Rand aus, sondern ist auch extrem dünn gestaltet und hat auch eher weniger Belag. Wahrscheinlich könnte man diese Pizza Menschen bei „The Biggest Loser“ empfehlen und durchschauen, wenn man sie gegen das Licht hält. Das gefällt den Menschen wahrscheinlich wiederum nicht, die sich am liebsten die American-Style-Pizza reinpfeffern, aber man kann sich ja noch ein Antipasti oder Dolci dazu gönnen. Auch weil nicht nur die Kalorien der Dicke und des Belags geschuldet dementsprechend niedrig sind, sondern auch der Preis, lässt auch den Blutdruck nicht steigen. Zudem geht das, ganz dem Fast-Casual-Food geschuldet, auch sehr zackig und das junge Team ist bemüht, alles ratzfatz...

Avevamo grandi aspettative, attirati dalla presenza sui social del locale. Ma il servizio non è stato assolutamente all’altezza: abbiamo atteso molto per le pizze che sono arrivate fredde e che abbiamo dovuto rimandare indietro, a causa dei numerosi ordini take away e Delivery che la cucina fatica a gestire. L’antipasto è stato altrettanto deludente: una bruschetta composta da una fetta di pane appena scaldata con due pomodorini freddi, senza olio né sale. Anche la frittata di pasta ci è sembrata di bassa qualità e poco curata, riscaldata eccessivamente al microonde.

Abbiamo notato disorganizzazione anche nella cucina. In sala, il personale era sicuramente più attento, piu volte però abbiamo visto ordini sbagliati recapitati ai tavoli. Non eravamo gli unici clienti insoddisfatti.

Un aspetto positivo è stata la gentilezza nel offrirci le pizze come compensazione per il disagio subito, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato e per il quale ringraziamo.

Purtroppo, la pizza non è risultata assolutamente ‘croccante” come suggerisce il nome del locale: l’impasto è molle, e la qualità degli ingredienti non ci è parsa particolarmente eccelsa. Sicuramente ci sono ampi margini di...
