Don’t get me wrong, the food at this place is amazing!! Literally the best sandwiches in Italy. However, my experience at this specific franchise was far from being good. I’ve gone to other franchises and didn’t have any problems. I don’t know what happened but the lady who was doing the sandwiches was probably having a bad day or something but that’s not an excuse to treat the clients super bad and on a rude and disrespectful way. She was talking to me almost to the point she was shouting and was demanding how I should behave. The only thing that I’ve done was asking how should I pay, if I had to pay upfront or after the sandwich was made. Hopefully this doesn’t affect other clients because the place is great.

Delicious sandwich. Waited about 20 minutes to be served and ordered one of the vegetarian sandwiches and the beef carpaccio. Loved both but I think I’d swap out the cream of pistachio spread in the beef carpaccio as it was a bit too sweet for my liking. Great lunch or dinner spot and worth the money in my opinion. The ordering experience was quite confusing here as once I was called inside I didn’t realise you had to pay once your order was already made by someone behind the counter and not before hand.
