Meatball Family - Stazione Centrale — Restaurant in Milan

When we arrived in Milan, we were very hungry as it was already past lunch time and we wanted to eat something before heading to our hotel. We were looking in Google Maps the places that are near us and open, so that we can eat quickly. The next moment we turned around and saw some people eating pasta. Love this place, we came twice as our hotel was across from centrale so very convenient. Of course as Americans we got carbinara which was delicious and plentiful which was great as I have a large teenage son to keep fed. Second visit we took our order to go as we needed to get to bed for very early flight. Owner himself prepared and packaged our order with plenty of napkins and utensils and was just as delicious as first time. Very reasonably priced. Few tables inside, more out front (EU like to eat outdoors) and more tables in a larger gazebo. You can't go wrong here. Thanks...

the meatballs are so cold cause they made it frozen for a whole day and don’t heat up. sadly the pizza and pasta were warm and the meatballs are cold. It is the fast food concept from italy with lower pricing so I don’t expect too much. I was happy that at least the pasta sauce is warm and not salty, the place was crowded and music was too loud. no one can hear each other and it was so hectic
