If you want bad customer service and to be ignore as an international customer go there.

When the lady saw that I was not an Italian, she completely ignored me. My elderly mother was wanting for me to get her coffee an a needed snack after a long trip from Rome, and that’s the only resin why I went there and put up with such a rude behavior from somebody who does understand that it is the international customer who pays the bills. I highly doubt any Italians stop at this joint at all. I had not seen the reviews before I make the horrible mistake of going there. I thought that lady was having a bad day, but now I understand that this is a common practice. If that lady ever cares to read reviews, I have to tell her to either get another job, or make sure you understand why you have one. Awful behavior and no customer...

I usually don't make reviews. But this is exceptional tragic and funny. We found a table for a quick lunch, the stuff gave as one menu ( for two people) with dirttness from oil but also the table was dirty and the dishes too expensive, thus we changed mind before order and we moved. Nevertheless one guy from the stuff, who seems like Buffon, blocked the way of my gf and asked "what's going on" close to the limit of characterize this passive bullying. The food was terrible. I ordered a mushroom pasta and it was way over cooked. The mushrooms tasted like they were from a can. When I told the staff they did not care and said “you chose this you pay for it” - the wine was good, but I mean most wine is. Really wish I checked the reviews first cause this place was terrible. Staff was rude, when I asked for the one dish off the bill they said no, I responded with saying it was not cooked correctly (I eat a lot of pasta) and they did not take it off the bill.
