So, you'll notice on this review I didn't mark the whole experience 5* but I did rank the overall score as 5.

The answer as to why that is, is very simple. The food here was out of this world. For a chain restaurant I never would've expected such well constructed, flavourful and passionate food.

I was so shocked, the fries didn't appear to be seasoned but they were PACKED with flavour, flavour I couldn't explain, but it was amazing, and then the burger.

Wow.

The burger I had blew me away, it was Incredible, fresh, too hot to eat on arrival, built with care, and screaming with flavour.

Other people who were eating here orderer stake that came still sizzling on the plate; they looked and smelled incredible.

I finished it off with an apple pie order. Which now officially ranks as the best apple pie I've ever eaten

Now. The points it lost? Staff were a little confused and scattered, they didn't really seem to be on the ball at the front of house, but they were polite enough.

Unfortunately the atmosphere is.. lacking, though you are In a beautiful fascist era train station with incredible architecture, the restaurant is wrapped In an unpleasant tarpaulin that kind of just stifles the environment and makes it feel a little tacky.

Other than that. Great experience, will 100% go again if I ever get the chance! Bella...

We got like 45 minutes for lunch. The guy who took us to table said it takes 20 min to have the food since you place your order. Problem is it took 15 min before they took it. My fiancè got a hamburger and I look a Grill Salad (new dish on menu). My train left at 1.35 pm, we got the food at 1.25, so, figure out how much we could "enjoy" it! Hamburger wasn't as good as usual, my salad was terribile. Meat with quite a lot of "fat" still attached, lettuce and tomatoes abs tasteless, some other veg in the dish a little Better. Thank God I put ketchup on it and drank Coke, to add a little taste. Grilled Salad was a bit more than 10 euros. Not acceptable at all. Only good thing were 2 small "breads" I've taken with me to eat on train. We'll avoid that restaurant...

Pretty terrible experience here. Waitresses we're extremely blunt and rude. We ordered 2x mix grill for me and my father. One turned up, and no sign of the other for the next 10 minutes. We asked to waitress, who seemingly had no idea herself. Waited another 25 minutes with no word at all on what was happening only for my order to turn up just as my Dad finished his meal, no apology or anything along with it. To top it off, they then tried to charge us for the mega share grill for 2 people as well as my meal itself. They tried to shift the blame onto us and say we ordered incorrectly. After 10 minutes of back and forth they only then finally charged us for what we had. Would not recommend. Rude and...
