I recently had the pleasure of having lunch at this charming Apulian local near Porta Ticinese, and it was an absolute delight! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, reminiscent of a traditional Apulian locals.

The food was simply outstanding, offering authentic Apulian dishes that transported me straight to the heart of southern Italy. I savored every bite of the spaghetti all'assassina, which was rich in flavor and perfectly cooked. The focaccia barese was a true highlight, with its crispy crust and delightful toppings. And let's not forget the mouthwatering lamb meatballs with cardoncelli mushrooms, bursting with savory goodness.

Of course, no meal is complete without a good wine, and the selection of fresh Apulian wines here truly impressed me. Each glass perfectly complemented the flavors of the dishes, enhancing the overall dining experience.

To end on a sweet note, the tiramisu was heavenly, and the nocino provided a perfect, palate-cleansing finish to the meal.

Eravamo clienti ma penso non lo saremo più per la maleducazione di un cameriere che solo perché non aveva posto e’ scoppiato a riderci in faccia entrando nel locale senza neanche salutare!! Peccato era un posto proprio carino ma l’educazione deve essere sempre alla base!

Aggiornamento : Siamo tornati 2 settimane dopo questa recensione perché volevamo dare un’altra possibilità al locale .. direi che e’ andata anche peggio dell’altra volta! Prenoto un tavolo per 3 persone tramite the fork ..partiamo da casa con 1 bambina e un caldo infernale , facciamo 1 ora di strada per arrivare lì e sentici dire che non avevano posto per noi in quanto avevano chiuso le prenotazioni su the fork giusto nel momento della nostra prenotazione ( peccato avessimo ricevuto la conferma e nessuna cancellazione , avviso o altro ) . Mi sono alquanto innervosita e il ragazzo che si occupa delle prenotazioni sempre più arrogante e cafone che mai decide di sistemarci un tavolo dentro .. senza un filo di aria condizionata con un caldo da soffocare e per giunta con aria strafottente ci dice anche “ non e’ un mio problema se non ho posto “ Decidiamo quindi di lasciare il tavolo dentro che non era quello che avevamo prenotato e di andarcene.. e lui senza mai chiedere scusa per l’accaduto non si e’ degnato neanche di salutare!

Se questo e’ il comportamento che riservate ai vostri clienti dovreste vergognarvi , su 2 volte non siete stati in grado neanche di chiedere scusa! Magari una selezione più accurata al personale e’ consigliata, anche perché nessuno discute la qualità dei prodotti , ma se trattate i clienti come degli stracci e con maleducazione e strafottenza il valore del prodotto dura veramente poco! Direi che dopo Quest’altra esperienza finché non migliorerete l’educazione del personale purtroppo...

The pizzas were horrible; burnt ,tough and super greasy. There were no packaging, just a paper that made my hands greasy as well on the way home. The staff's behavior was also bad when I complained about the food. On her opinion, I should have accepted anything because I ordered a magic box via 'Too Good To Go' . I have ordered food a lot of times using this app to help the food waste and this was the first time I received something like this. It was not too good to go , It was Too bad, Change your cook and Stop wasting this much...
