Beautiful located garden with terrace. Despite the size there are not so many places to sit which is a missed opportunity. We could only book 1,5 hours after which we were requested to leave. It took quite some effort to get the attention of someone to serve us. A friendly sommelier helped us out really good. For food we had to go through the process again which we skipped. Paying is also a pain. Because everyone leaves according to the same schedule there was a big line for the cashier. All in all I think they could do a much better job but the location remains magical.

Dettaglio che per me da la differenza: ero seduta in un tavolo da 2 con il mio fidanzato. Proprio dietro il frigo dei vini. Per fortuna tutti i tavoli erano serviti. E invece arriva il manager ad aprire il frigo ignorando la nostra presenza a 10 cm da lui. Per fortuna il tempo di scegliere la bottiglia e se ne va. Uno “Scusatemi”. Niente. Ciao. Poco dopo arriva uno dei ragazzi che apre il frigo ovviamente anche lui seguendo l’esempio del capo ignorando la nostra presenza e anzi picchiandoci contro la sedia più e più volte perché poverino lui non riusciva ad aprire bene il frigo e lo tiene aperto 10 minuti. Alla seconda volta che arriva e fissa il frigo spalancato addosso a noi per minuti infiniti capisco stia facendo l’inventario dei vini. No ti prego. Ma ci sono ancora i clienti e noi siamo a 10cm da te. Al che gli dico “ne hai per molto? Altrimenti mi sposto” per fargli notare che non mi sentissi molto a mio agio. E mi sposto di sedia. Da parte sua il benché minimo interesse o segno di scuse o anche solo “scusate vi do fastidio?”. Consiglio per avere clienti: essere rispettosi e se avete un tavolo proprio davanti al frigo fare l’inventario quando il tavolo è vuoto magari

Service was very good, young staff but very prepared. Big selection of unusual wines, they have labels which are not on common market. Food was also good, portions are more like half portions than normal dishes, but taste was fine! The place has a big terrace and also a lot of room inside. Only thing I complain are the desserts. The pistacchio ice cream was not even half scoop, and the baked apple was not cooked enough and was still hard.

Service was very good, young staff but very prepared. Big selection of unusual wines, they have labels which are not on common market. Food was also good, portions are more like half portions than normal dishes, but taste was fine! The place has a big terrace and also a lot of room inside. Only thing I complain are the desserts. We had a fantastic time at E/N on our visit to Milan. The wine selection is really top notch (particularly if you like natural wines) and the staff are extremely knowledgable about the entire list. We were there right at open so the full kitchen wasn’t available yet, but the small plates we had were really delicious. The staff were also very accommodating of our small baby and buggy situation. The vibe was really laid back and just easy to be a part of - we really had a great time here and would’ve gone back multiple during our trip if we didn’t have to fly back when we did. A big shoutout to Jack who was such a gracious host and really excited about sharing his knowledge of wine with us - we cannot wait to try the Greek bottle!! A definite recommend if you...

extremely bad service. We miscounted number of people, so we asked if we could have an extra chair to sit together at a table which was way smaller than our party. The server freaked out, started to react so rude. We sat separately, as it was not possible to be even closer, we tried to order some food. The server apparently told the team that WE CANT HAVE food? As we were more than our original reservation. You think it’s normal? We couldn’t just go away as it was a gathering organized for our children, but this was just a beyond insane. Finally, she kicked us out because the table after us has arrived so we should leave IMMEDIATELY.
