Bob Milano — Restaurant in Milan

Not sure if anyone had experienced what we experienced here or it's jus the waitress. Me and my girlfriend went there for an apreritivo. First of all they took like 15mins to take order from us and importantly my girlfriend is a vegetarian and we noticed they offer mostly non-vegetarian things. My girlfriend asked if they had something vegetarian, we expected a nice reply from the waitress but instead she said exactly this "Sorry mam it's your mistake to choose to be vegetarian and your mistake to come here being vegetarian".

Never thought it's our mistake to choose our preferences and never thought a business treats their customer in a very rude way. In contrast to this once we went to a birthday party in a meat restaurant, when we asked for vegetarian they brought us quite a lot vegetarian food(remember it's a meat place) for my girlfriend, that's how a business should treat their customer.

Never going here again! I know it's a quite long and harsh review but i believe reviews like this helps them to know what's happening and what's wrong and how to improve customer...

After a phenomenal dinner I wanted a night recap by indulging in some signature cocktails but didn't feel like venturing out, and there was Bob Milano, right on track as I was walking back towards my hotel...

I was so happy to have been served quickly, with the option to either sit outside with heat-lamps, or inside with cool furnishings. Being from the Caribbean of course I chose inside... and it was amazing.

The cocktails were delectable & I couldn't help but order 2! Can't wait to go back and order 2 more, & hopefully next time also try the food that I was eyeing the...

Bob is a favorite for locals so that should say something! The staff know many of the patrons by name as they are repeat customers. I've gotten to know many of the staff, and they are always super friendly every time I stop in. Alessandro and all of the mixologists are great at their craft too as they'll make anything whether on or off the menu. Always tasty drinks! The happy hour appetizers and food in general are great too....
