I was unlucky to be served by this girl. I asked for the one with bluberry topping but she gave me one with strawberry. I asked politely that I want the blueberries one. She laughed mockingly and said "so what, it's the same thing, just take them out" while taking the strawberry out with her hand (using paper thin plastic gloves but still, it's a wet food, with melted chocolate and all, not dry like biscuits so it's gross). NO, IT IS NOT THE SAME, give people what they want, you never know, maybe they have an allergy to that specific thing or something. She even joke about the whole thing to her co worker (I spoke to her in English but I can understand Italian). The whole thing is just unsafe and disrespectful for me. Never again, everything is too sweet for me anyway.

I'm sure we all would love a joyful and playful environment at work and a good relationship with your colleagues, but screaming and laughing out loud while the clients are consuming their meal isn't very professional. They raised the volume of the music to hide the noise, but that made it even more impossibile to have a nice conversation with my friend.
they would yell at each other and use a radio device to speak between each other and even that radio was VERY loud.
WOULD DEFINITELY NOT...

Half of my order was forgotten, and the croissant I did receive was clearly not fresh — it was hard and difficult to eat. The chocolate filling was poorly distributed, all clumped in the middle, so you were either eating just chocolate or just dry pastry.
The atmosphere didn’t help either. The air conditioning wasn’t working, making it uncomfortably hot and stuffy inside. At times, the electricity would even cut out.
The only positive was the staff — they were genuinely friendly and welcoming, always smiling, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, that alone wasn’t enough to save the overall experience. I wouldn’t...
