We went there for dinner, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a very bad experience. The restaurant doesn’t accept reservations, and instead of a physical queue, they use an electronic system to register your name. You’re then supposed to receive a WhatsApp message when your table is ready. However, this system was completely ineffective. They don’t tell you how many people are ahead of you in the queue (some guests may leave to walk around) and the staff cant provide an approximate waiting time, making the whole process frustrating and confusing.
That said we decided to wait (they force you to stay outside) it was 0 degrees and after half an hour of waiting still nothing. We saw free seats but for some reason they were not calling anyone in. On top of that, there was only one staff member managing the entire restaurant, alongside the chef. This person was juggling taking orders, cleaning tables, and seating guests, all while being interrupted by walk-ins trying to join the waiting list. It was chaotic and poorly managed. In the end, the food was decent, but the overall experience was completely ruined by the long wait in the cold. Had we known it would take 45 minutes, we would have left...
Read moreVery average for all the hype it gets in the neighborhood unfortunately…
The beer was good, fruity, but not IPA fruity.
The bao was a disappointment as I was expecting it to be with braised pork and not simple pulled pork…
The karaage was good, nice spices and crunch!
The ramen was okay at best. It had very little garnish and you have to pay extra for the egg…then you also pay extra (without knowing) for the chili sauce…
The waiters are friendly, but since they don’t write anything down they make mistakes on the orders…we specifically asked for thick noodles and got thin ones, table next to us asked for mayo on the side for the karaage and it was on top…
Overall, it was okay, but spending 78€ for 3 ramens, 2 beers, 1 water, 1 bao, and 1 karaage,...
Read moreTRUE LEGEND! Best ramen in town. There has been some times that we went there twice a week.
Bao Pink is my favorite as a starter and also Pollo Karage. The mayo is excellent.
I tried both King Tonkotsu and Miso on Fire. Both of them have dense and delicious broths but King Tonkotsu has a lighter taste. 🍜
Doppio Peperoncino is also nice and creamy. Attention!!! You need to have the egg and consider that there is no broth.
To enter, you can not reserve a place before but try to areive at around 19:00-19:30 for not waiting in the queue.
Andrea is also a very kind person and it is a pleasure to know him :)
Not many options of desserts, hope...
