Casazul — Restaurant in Milan

These lunatics have an elevator to go to the bathroom. The elevator has no lights so once I closed the door I was in complete darkness. Left my phone at the table so couldn’t see anything. I clicked the button to go down and the elevator didn’t move or barely move. As I realize it wasn’t going down I pressed the emergency button. For several minutes nobody came to help. So I had to start banging as strong as I could on the elevator door and scream for help. Finally after 5 minutes someone came to open. As I climbed out, the owner of the place didn’t even apologize or tried to be helpful, acted like a total jerk as if it was my fault.

The food is ok but if you plan to wash you hands after dinner (it’s Mexican food, you are supposed to use your hands) be ready for a shocking...

We basically got kicked out of the restaurant by the waiter because the table was reserved again. He brought us the bill while serving desert and asked us to pay now. Pay you have to in front so not possible while eating. Half way through desert he came back to tell us we have to leave now. Unbelievably rude really. We waited for all our food very long because service was slow. He could have just told us we can't get desert because there won't be time. The food: the main course was quite bland but okay.
