Edited after a sarcastic reply — just as expected. The only “elegant" thing here is the name. The woman was unfriendly when I visited once, never came back especially after seeing staff shouting at people for parking their bikes on a public rack — I repeat, a PUBLIC rack — as early as 7:50am before yoga class, in an unnecessarily aggressive manner. There’s enough space between the chairs you set outside and a bike parked there. I’ve been spoken to rudely myself and now avoid parking there just to steer clear of uncomfortable encounters. Yesterday, I noticed you even put up a piece of paper on the wall claiming that space and asking people not to park there. Do you actually have permission to do that? Elegant Coffe is a very popular coffee shop that is beloved and appreciated by the hip local residents and international tourists alike. The staff is so amazing and I love how they make you feel “at home” with their warm and friendly service. They have a vast selection of tempting delights from savory to sweet and they also make the best coffe and drinks in the neighborhood. I noticed recently that a little poor troll, who apparently has no life, has invented several negative reviews that are all concentrated in the same period and are obviously “fake” and fabricated.

Absolutely abysmal service. It took 1 hour to even get our drinks after sitting down. Then they mixed up our orders and instead of two pinsas, we got one. We asked them to be split in half, on two plates. I got a tray instead of a plate. Many menu entries were not even available. The staff barely speaks any English, so we could not get any information out of them, we got angry looks every time we asked about our order. The worst experience we have had in Milan. The pinsa itself was nothing like the one we ate in Rome, even though they advertise it as such....
